Instagram Blocked my Account…

Dear Instagram,
I very well think you may be the best thing since sliced bread, or at least, twitter. I got addicted a few weeks back and since have spent most of my spare time sharing adorable photos of my cats, pictures of all the delicious things I’ve eaten and cooked, and various odd Portland sights. My friends will tell you whenever I see something cool I exclaim, “I’m going to tell Instagram about this!” That said, I have tried my hardest to refrain from posting super cliche stuff such as the view from plane windows, and bathroom graffiti (although it hasn’t always worked.)
When I don’t have anything to post I spend my time enjoying my friends’ images and liking every photo that involves a cat. A wise man said “Square frames make cats look cuter. It’s a scientific fact,” and I wholeheartedly agree. I’ve also done things like post a list of snowboarders to follow on Instagram on my popular snowboarding website. I’m hooked.
But this weekend I accidentally left my cellular device at a party. I thought it would be fine, as it was a party full of 30 year olds who are generally respectful human beings. Unfortunately, they were drunk. And one of them thought it would be HILARIOUS to post a picture of his wang from my account. I am aware this is a Terms of Use violation, and as soon as I was able to retrieve my phone, I deleted it. The situation occurred late on Saturday and was resolved early Sunday, so I felt the damage would be minimal.
Then, sometime Sunday night, I went to share a shot of the super cool, fun party I was at (I swear it was just this weekend, normally I am quite antisocial) and received this message: “Your account has been disabled due to terms of service violation: http://instagram.com/legal/terms”. Panic took over as I frantically tried to reinstall the app, anything to share this magic moment. But alas, I am blocked.
As a self-proclaimed minor internet celebrity, I shouldn’t have been so foolish as to let my phone out of my sight, and I can assure you, it will not happen again. I have already unfriended the guilty party and am now screening my friends for social media responsibility before I hang out with them. So please, please, please reinstate my account and I promise there will never be anything resembling nudity or sexual activity on my account, ever again. My friend has my password and post pics frm my user name I wasn’t aware of the violation I miss my page it would not happen again 🙁
My Instagram got blocked idk why I’m 13 years old and had no inappropriate behavior or pictures on it but when I went on my goals phone my ig was still there but it won’t let me to on it on my iPad
I have a touch phone and an iPod. My phone is really old and could break down any moment, so I wanted to get Instagram and put it on my iPod (and it will still be on my phone)with my same account, so I put my username and password, when I put sign in, it said account disabled due to terms of violation. I still have Instagram on my phone, but it is old and can break down, so I really want to get it on my iPod but it doesn’t let me!!
Hey I know I violated some of the terms and I really like my Instagram helps keep me with some to do so if u can give me one more chance

I HAVE ALSO BEEN HACKED AND IM MAD AT INSTAGRAM COMPANY FOR LETTING IT HAPPEN!!! I BELIEVE THEY SHOULD FIND A BETTER WAY OF PROTECTING PPLS ACCOUNTS AND NOT LETTING THEM GET HACKED! IT’S ALL INSTAGRAM COMPANY’S FAULT!!! like seriously.

They deleted my account saying im less than 14 but im 25 years old, i only had my own photos, none naked , violent etc. Instagram and facebook need smarter workers
I think before Instagram so blocking people permeantly they should warm the person and just take the pics off automatically that are inappropriate and the people who are reporting should she known cause sometimes people have enemies on their page
Im 16 and was logged in then my phone flashed it logged me out and when I went to log back it said account was disabled, I did not do anything or have bad pictures I was wandering how to get my account re opened if possible.

Same here, I made a separate account from my one direction one since I am basically over them and I can post pictures of my baby sister (my account is on private) and share them with my family in Chicago and stuff but when I logged out for the weekend and logged in on Monday, it gave me the same exact note and I paniced but I searched it and some news channel wrote an article about 57 million Instagram users got the same note that said to log on to Instagram.com and confirm you’re information and stuff and I was really busy and couldn’t since it was a school night so I just went on with my week and I tried logging in again this morning and now it says my account has been disabled, I HOPE and pray it is temporary. – @_mustache_lover5

I been trying to get logged on Instagram and its prohibiting me. Due to nude pics that was put up , I promise to no longer put these kind of pics up. My user name at the time was mr_mancave_sho please help me to set up a new account. Thank you.
I still can log in to my account on a different mac device, but i have it disabled on my personal iphone, and i still don’t know the reason as long as i’m following the rules, i’m mean letterly nothing gives them the right to do such a thing

I’ve had instagram since summer 2012. Every night, I log off of instagram. So, one morning, I try to log on but then it says that my account has been disabled because I violated there terms or whatever. I did nothing wrong! Please let me have my account back!!!
