I know because every time I tell someone I live here, they inform me, oh, you guys have so many awesome skateparks. It&#8217;s neat. It&#8217;s also cool when it fails to snow much, because it&#8217;s dry and at least you can skate. And as of last week, we have a new one. The Ed Benedict Skate Plaza is out there on SE Powell, somewhere around 120nd ave. It&#8217;s far out, unless of course you live in deep South East. But enough rambling. Here are some pictures.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3495\" title=\"edb1\" src=\"http:\/\/www.yobeat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/02\/edb1.jpg\" alt=\"edb1\" width=\"600\" height=\"399\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This section of the park is like choose your own adventure. There are several options for how extreme you want to get.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3503\" title=\"edb9\" src=\"http:\/\/www.yobeat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/02\/edb9.jpg\" alt=\"edb9\" width=\"600\" height=\"399\" \/><br \/>\nThis is the &#8220;transition&#8221; section. It is fun, but the pool coping is unnecessary. Also, hopefully they add decks soon.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3502\" title=\"edb8\" src=\"http:\/\/www.yobeat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/02\/edb8.jpg\" alt=\"edb8\" width=\"600\" height=\"399\" \/><br \/>\nThis dude yelled at me to get out of his way.
