All In a Day’s Work

Today I killed it. Here’s a list of everything I did.

1.    Get to office
2.    Check email, respond to at least two of them
3.    Sending Firing Squad winner interview questions
4.    Double check that nothing is fucked up on Yobeat
5.    Important Twitter promotion
6.    Ichat Pat to tell him his video isn’t working
7.    Outsmart vimeo and figure out how to download it
8.    Start converting the video
9.    Talk to Pat for awhile about video future plans
10.    Ichat with the same people i talk to every day
11.    Write a spot check for Alliance wakeskate, call Clint 3 times to double check things
12.    Find and edit photos for said spot check
13.    Post Pat’s video
14.    Post spot check
15.    Check google analytics (much later than usual)
16.    Read all of the twitter updates that happened while I wasn’t paying attention
17.    re-Post wakeskate story to the new, yet-to-be-launched site
18.    Think about posting more old videos on the new site
19.    Post todcast on Yobeat
20.    Post press release on all three wake sites (wakeboard, wakeskate, new site)
21.    Book plane ticket and car to Texas
22.    Call a wakeskater to see if we can room together in Texas, get frustrated and give up
23.    Check google analytics again
24.    Check Alliance wake and post any updates on Twitter
25.    Think about posting old stuff to the new site some more
26.    Write Brown Trout, my industry new column for the print mag
27.    Lunch
28.    Think about posting stuff to the new site
29.    Play a game of scrabble
30.    Ichat a dude at Alliance to try and teach him the new site. luckily he is too busy.
31.    Realize no one else is going to do it and actually post 4 pages worth of old videos to the new site. Get bored and give up
32.    Get interview back from photographer, post it on YoBeat
33.    Check google analytics
34.    Do buyouts for August for Alliance Wakeskate
35.    Replace all of the main page images on AWS after deciding it could be awhile before the new site launches
36.    Decide to make a list of all the dumb things I did today
37.    Made a list of all the dumb things I’ve done so far
38.    Play another game of scrabble
39.    emailed some kid about his photos.
40.    Respond to an email about YoBeat ads, and then the response to that one
41.    Fury of ichatting
42.    read twitter
43.    check google analytics
44.    read list aloud to office mate, he is not impressed
45.    respond to his stupid offensive tweet about it.
46.    debate whether to post this dumb list.
47.    Figure why not. Post dumb list

And that brings us to now. I just realized I have post tomorrow’s Hump Day, so I should get back to work…
